@aubrizzlemynizzle: took me 30 minutes to make and it was so good 🤍 •• Recipe: 1 pack of Andouille Sausage (or smoked sausage, whatever you prefer), 1/2 cup of diced yellow onion, 1 box of Bow Tie pasta, 1 tbsp of Garlic Paste, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of half & half, 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1 cup of Parmesan, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese (preferably the Tillamook Farmstyle Shredded Mozzarella, it doesn’t curdle your cheese sauce), and season to your liking. Boil your pasta first and set aside. Cook your sausage and onion together, once cooked set aside on a plate. Start by adding the garlic paste to your pan and sautéing for 1 minute, then adding in the 3 of your milks that’s listed above. season to your liking. when the cream starts to sinmer, turn down the heat and add in your Parmesan first, whisk well. next add in your mozzarella and whisk. if the sauce is too thick, add in some more half & half until you reach your desired consistency. mix in your sausage and pasta. enjoy!! 🤍 #homemade #homecooking #Recipe #EasyRecipe #dinner
