hey y’all, i need help!! I'm 5'3" and weigh 130-132 lbs. I go to the gym four days a week and walk 10,000 steps, but I still have a lot of body fat. Should I try to lose fat, do body recomposition, or go into a calorie surplus to lose this fat and gain some muscle?
