Pastor C :
I Am
Lord, we pause this day to honor and give thanks to You, my Lord! We pause all the things that steal our attention, cares, and concerns each day and drain us of our energy. The things that leave us beaten down, depressed, and emotionally empty.
Lord, your word gently tells us that we are not to contend with the things of this world nor give thought to these matters. Our real joy comes from You, and this is where our strength will be found. Lord, help us to understand that we fight through the spirit and not among ourselves. Lord, help us realize that you came to us that you may be our “I Am” in all things. You are our Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Shalom, Jehovah Nissi, and Jehovah Shammah.
Lord, we know that Your word is never changing but living to meet each of us each day. Exodus 3:14, “And God said to Moses, I AM WHO I AM. And He said, ‘Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, I AM has sent me to you.’ Lord, this reveals God as the eternal, self-existent, unchanging One. The God who is and who will be everything His people need. Hallelujah Jesus!
In Jesus Name
Amen
