Being a mcdonalds worker, we deal with some of the most entitled, angry people regularly, I'm sure there are some careers like nurses which is worse but man it's rough out here

i once had someone shake their drink to check the ice amount and then they spilled it on themselves because they squeezed the cup while shaking it. it was incredibly satisfying to watch and watch their demeanor change immediately
