I have to stop taking a lot of medication and start taking magnesium and collagen and I’m gonna tell you all y’all on here. It is awesome. My energy is good but I don’t sleep so I don’t know what that’s about. I just need to get lol

I just got mines a few days ago and I started taking it. It seems like I'm getting better sleep but Lord knows I don't need magnesium citrate it has me going 😂😂I already go on the regular. I might have to just take one tablet instead of taking the 2 tablets
