I learned that real quick that you only call on your ancestors who are healed, and genuinely really care, and will protect you, and the ancestors who have passed on, but not healed you pray for them, and let them be.

I was meditating on connecting to my ancestors (I dont know my genealogy) and started saying similar things out of instinct(?) I don't know where they hail from but I am drawn to certain cultures. and I definitely feel and hear them daily now. 🥰🥰
