I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. I get this too! My eyes don’t feel like there’s sand in there but I know when I’m getting a flare because my eyes start to feel almost bruised? Or maybe like I got hit in the eye. It’s a pretty strong ache feeling and then I’m like oh yep here we go again. Constantly on steroids for it
