I was a competitive dancer when I was younger because your know, flexible. And I am so happy my dance teacher noticed my ankles were not strong enough for pointe. I hated it at the time, but I get it now.

With the scarring, mine dont look like a divot, exactly, but its a very thin layer of scar that I could easily scratch off by accident. They bleed immediately like its a fresh cut. I've even accidentally split open a stretch mark repeatedly. 😵💫

interesting. I had an umbilical hernia from childhood as a birth defect that got worse as I aged. got it fixed and he said there was more than one. body has been ruined after surgery from core strength loss and back pain

Could it cause pelvic floor pain like mimicking a uti because I've gone to the doctors for UTIs and ended up not having them and still having pain and its something that I struggle with basically every day is there anything that helps??
