The color isn’t necessarily the problem, when you used color remover it left your hair very warm and orange in tone and since blue is opposite of orange on the color wheel it neutralized your hair color

your hair was too dark/orange its gone black because its just cancelled out the orange in your hair, for blue you need to lighten and tone your hair quite a lot or itll go a weird green/grey colour

Okay so something VERY similar happened to me when i also used that color remover my hair was black and i got it to the same orangish brown you had before i went in with a permanent red dye and my hair went straight back to black. but if there’s still underlying black in your hair the developer in the new permanent hair dye can reactive the black in your hair. so id suggest doing coloroops then going over that with a semi permanent dye or a
