Hiiiii, father of four here. My advice would be to invite new friends, with similar interests in hobby’s weekly. At first it might be one or two of you but just being around friends that’ll bring out your “ugly laugh” will cure all the parts we struggle to talk about, hope this helps ma’am 🫶🏼
