Line a baking tray. 2. Whip egg whites, adding sugar gradually until stiff peaks form. 3. Briefly whisk in yolks, then fold in sifted flour. 4. Pipe into 4-inch strips, dust with powdered sugar. 5. Bake 8–12 mins until lightly golden. Cool before using. Espresso Soak Ingredients: * ½ cup brewed espresso * 1 tbsp sugar * 1 tbsp cocoa powder * 1 tbsp coffee liqueur * 1 pack Morning Coffee biscuits or ladyfingers Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a shallow dish. Set aside. Assembly 1. Lay crêpes slightly overlapping on parchment to form a rectangle. 2. Spread half the tiramisu cream over the crêpes. 3. Dip biscuits/ladyfingers quickly in espresso soak and place on cream. 4. Spread remaining cream over biscuits. 5. Roll up the crêpes into a log using parchment. 6. Wrap tightly in parchment and plastic wrap. 7. Chill for several hours or overnight. 8.
