1 stick of butter with 1 cup brown sugar melted over the stove, pour onto the bottom of the pan and then put on the bread!!! TRUST MEEEE!!!

We make this for Christmas but instead of normal bread we use the cinnamon swirl bread and toast it in the oven for a few before actually making it into the casserole

I totally make this exact thing every Christmas, ever since my first baby boy was born 7 years ago. I make it Christmas Eve with them to put in the fridge and we have it in the morning while they open gifts 🥰🥰
