May not be applicable in SA. Do research to verify. Fisrt time I hear about this. Properties stay in deceased parents names for years because of lack of transfer and lawyer fees.

Very RELEVANT as truly in our 40+ years, we can't be a generation that leaves our kids with MISERY & still expect government wil do them right 🥺. Im happy that I am almost done with almost everything you have mentioned, despite being a single parent. By end of the week, I will be done.
