I thought so too but it was only in this kind of beaches with beach bars that are full of people .. I now only go to some less crowded non organised beaches after 5-6 pm and it’s the most relaxing thing ever 🥰

Try going to more unorganized beaches and I’m sure you’ll see a big difference ☀️I was having the same thoughts and then I did that and I could easily relax without having to be alert and anxious all the time 💛
