I’m surprised the masonry wall wasn’t tilt also. Those are typically small stack panels with minimal added cost.

I bet its a lot easier and fun working on the slab to install the steel, every job I've hung steel in, inside a pre cast building its on straight dirt/mud its rare to get a slab to work on lol not as fun
