Question 🙋🏼♂️if no soil is required to grow does that mean the produce has less nutrients? Because most nutrients like iron in spinach is absorbed from the soil.

They’re not sustainable though, because they require vast amounts of electricity to power the UV lights, they CAN work yes, but as an additional thing, not the only way to grow crops. VS traditional growing in soil that gets free UV and rain water.
