As someone with BPD, I know how much we crave reassurance. But idk how healthy it is to constantly be getting it because the brutal truth is that it’s never guaranteed. We need to learn to live without it.

my girl has bpd and she’s splitting rn. i will admit it’s not good and im trying really hard to reassure her that everything will be okay and im not going anywhere. she won’t talk to me very often and it’s honestly kinda scary. i dont know what i would do without my girl, i need her in my life. any suggestions on what i can do to do more? i do text her every couple days checking in and she has been more responsive then before. hoping everything gets better soon

I thought I was the only one who felt like I was carrying a tumultuous storm, tsunami, and hurricane all in one on the inside. Every minute hurts it feels so intense almost all the time. I gave up on anybody ever seeing me. I don’t even want to see me anymore.
