This is good. Love the part about not seeing kids as the enemy, but rather "a vital part of the family unit." I've been thinking a lot lately about how "pro-family" conservatives don't really love or honor women and children, but rather see them as trophies/workers in their perfect world. They aren't valued as full members themselves, but only seen for the value they can add to the man.
