I'm a dispatcher and I live in Western North Carolina. There is a mental hospital called Broughton here in Morganton. Ever so often we will receive calls from said hospital, only at night, from a LAN line that is no longer in service and from areas of the hospital that are no longer used. And when you answer the phone, all you hear are moans or someone breathing, static and sometimes screams. Broughton is notoriously haunted and well known in NC for all the stories from past employees or even residents. This hospital even has tunnels under it where residents are sometimes transported, especially during death. And there is a graveyard for past residents. Getting a call from this hospital at night is always freaky.

My theory is what if the old lady is actually who lures people into the home and the man that yelled stay out of my house is actually trying to save people!

Some hauntings, for whatever reasons, are on a loop so the event happens at the same time every day and just replays itself over and over again. It’s called a residual haunting.

Anytime we had a call that came in like this they automatically dispatched police….its crazy they didn’t on this call too! So scary in many ways!

That is scary as heck. He could have taken her but, it sounds paranormal to me. I would definitely be checking on the origin of that house. Finding out exactly what has happened there.
