Check it the same as a double wishbone suspension with a loaded upper ball joint. Think mid 80s - mid 90s Toyota 4WD trucks with torsion bars on the upper control arm. That’s my guess.

It’s like a 2500 truck suspension, 4wd two ball joints axle thought the middle
