I was an opening manager and a closing manager for a Wendy's and I made sure ALL shifts stocked for the following ones, morning crew did prep for the rest of the day, night shift did prep and refilled stuff to help morning crew, midshift helped do prep for closers if needed and all shifts kept up on dishes, I tried to keep everyone working like a team

thing only thing I would say as someone involved in good service is don't always add to the bottles as you have old products that will go bad faster than your newer product. other than that I'm sure your openers are very grateful for what you are doing

omg i'd die for a coworker like you😭 i stock for nightshift CONSTANTLY and they leave me with absolutely nothing so i started taking everything back to the freezer before they come in. The last thing i wanna do at 6:30am is stock everything
