I think it’s vastly underestimated the amount of trauma an autistic person experiences. Bc we are inherently honest people, the thought that people can be so cruel is utterly devastating. Especially when it’s your own family. I was born into a house that hated women and being a first born daughter, my dad put me through hell my whole life. I’m the same age as you and it still affects me deeply. It’s not your fault, it’s them not you. You’re doing nothing wrong🥰

WOW!! I envy you!! I have asd which was not diagnosed until my late 30's and I have masked, suppressed and hid my entire life to Stim. I wasn't encouraged, I dealt with the total opposite. everything was "corrected out of me" and now I have severe anxiety/ptsd from childhood trauma (caused in a number of ways related to this subject). I wish I had the courage to be seen stimming. It would give me so much relief. Thanks for trying to help those of us who don't have the courage.🙂

I have the same stim!!! The weird looks I get. It feels so good on the muscles idk how to describe it like straining it up stretch it? Idk. I have a few stims but this one is one of my fav but only tend to do it alone
