Each State is different but overall I agree. Raising the bar to getting a license isn’t just about the amount of hours, it is about having the type of education that sets you up for success and allows you to show to your soon to be clients the real difference you can make on their behalf.

I have shown up, and stood at the front with females agents when they shown at night... had an instant where the man shown up walked up and decided the house was not for him and turned around. she was about to possibly becoming a victim of his.

I talked about meets and bounds with a client who had a neighbor who built a gate, set stakes, and dug out his septic system because of a boundary dispute and incorrect survey, because the surveyor's metal detector found "iron"

Nothing on that test is useful in our career ‼️how about learning the contracts and their differences? We have at least 3 different contracts in Florida JUST for residential homes, not including vacant land, the amount of agents that don’t know how to fill out contracts is absurd, not to mention the ones that writes their own clauses in the additional terms 🙄🤯
