I had a fight with my boss because we aren’t paying enough for skilled jobs and he said 30$ is WAY too much. I looked at apartments in that area and couldn’t find anything under $1800 a month… for a studio. Now imagine having a family. It’s peanuts.

one of the things a lot of people do not realize that all the blue States help the red States with food stamps housing medical Care and all of that we contribute to it it's up to the states to bring up the minimum wage and they won't

I'm disabled and live with my 72yr old mother. Before I became disabled I had 3 jobs to substitute teacher, clown for children's parties and deliver pizza. After my accident I couldn't do that anymore. We are barely surviving in public housing.
