I’m working in Optical industry for 10yrs now. With your script, definitely get the smallest frame you can. But yes I understand your dilemma with frame styles 😅

Heyy! same here :( try catseye shaped frames with smaller width at the bottom so the 'double face lining' you mentioned, that'll be only at the top corners instead of the whole frame(if that even makes sense😭) hope this helps

Going out on a limb here but try getting glasses from Zoff in Japan - online - they do 3rd party ordering !! The have 1.76!!! It’s the thinnest ever $165 ! Frames are like $70-$100 👀 shipping is around $40-$50 still cheaper then lens crafters !!!
