Cops seriously need to get educated on trespassing law. You do not have to show ID just because someone asks you to leave a property. If you're being trespassed, the legal process is simple: they ask you to leave, and you leave. That’s it. If you come back after being warned, then it becomes criminal trespassing—and then they can arrest you and request ID as part of that process. But demanding ID before any crime has occurred? That’s not how the law works. The Supreme Court has ruled that unless you're being lawfully detained or arrested, you’re not required to identify yourself. Trespass warnings are not automatic grounds for ID checks unless you're refusing to leave or returning after being warned. Law enforcement needs to learn what a trespass actually is—it’s not a free pass to demand ID on the spot

There is only one route that the officers know. And most of their names is Right Here. He doesn’t even know if there was a disturbance or not. What I see is if you burp or break wind according to police that is disturbance. How are you?
