@cnn: Federal immigration agents opened fire on a family's vehicle during a targeted operation in San Bernardino, California. The Department of Homeland Security says that it was an act of self-defense after a man "struck two CBP officers with his vehicle."

Shooting at someone driving a car isn’t self defense, it endangers the public. Someone else could be shot. The driver could be shot and lose control of the vehicle, putting others at risk. Remember— this was an immigration violation, not a violent criminal.
