I love and hate classes like this cause like it’s fun when we just go with the flow see how it works out kinda class like once a month but sometimes a strict class is fun too cause you can feel the improvement

I feel like I get this way for certain occasions with a mix of a push to get stuff done. People respect you when you treat them like they’re human (and so are you) so once you start applying corrections/choreo they’ll feel less pressure and will take criticism effectively

Bro this happened with a teacher of mine one time. She rocked up 10 mins late possibly hungover, did like 2 stretches with us, talked about her friend group drama and then said she was going to the bathroom 20 mins before the end of class and didn’t turn back up
