Once I had a crazy dream, bc of melatonin. My whole family was slaughtered, gutted in front of my eyes. Than the whole dream was about running in a dark forest from a monster that killed everyone I loved, every one I hated, everyone around me, untill I was the last one to stay alive. It played w me, tortured me, cutted me, broke my bones, chocked me, cut my eye out, screamed at my ear very scary and loud, and then finnaly k1lled me. I felt every cut, every pain, every broken bone, i felt the cold what comes with bleeding out, I felt the pain of the screams, I felt every single thing like it was real. But the worse, I felt the soul crushing pain, of everyone around me die. Im never taking any melatonin to sleep ever again.

My dreams get ANNOYING on melatonin. It's weird. They can center around all sorts of fantastical things, yet they feel like a CHORE and I wake up grateful not to be stuck in that annoying existence of the dream.

Melatonin doesn't do that, all it does is tell you're brain that it's time to sleep even though you're brain isn't ready too yet.

I take melatonin every night but that’s just because my body doesn’t produce enough so I need to take it and I don’t get weird dreams so idk what you all are talking about
