My job is literally to wade in various FL waterways and measure the flow of the water…when I tell people that, they are always horrified😂😂 I’m not scared of alligators but I AM terrified of otters!

Helped me when I worked in swampy areas had a pair of hip boats strapped to my saddle bags or in the truck/atv/mule what have you. Works out pretty good most of the time.

My dad and I did the last Great Florida Cattle Drive (we're on the comittee). We cringed at the people swimming their horses in a pond 1 hour into an all day ride. Also had a cotton mouth narrowly miss striking my dad's horse.
