Add in NG units doing AT...my little brother is NG. Truck driver. He said they did convoys all over the country for their AT. He's at 22 years now and trng NCO so he doesn't go do that anymore I don't think. I retired last year. Twice at Lewis. Last 5y at JBLM and ppl freaking out at convoys to YTC.

I remember back during the height of Covid, there were a few Walmart stores that closed for one reason or another and not long after there were videos everywhere of trains hauling military vehicles and equipment in those areas. It was all over social media that those stores were going to be detention centers for those that refused the vaccine and the military was going to be rounding people up

My unit regularly convoys to Ft Stewart, Ft Gordon, and Robbins AFB. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. ppl ask if we’re prepping for war or some shit. Nah big dawg. We’re just goin to the range.

I’m a civilian employee working on Ft Hood. They use the parking lot near my job to load the vehicles on trucks for transport. It’s really normal in Central Texas to see this
