Ok I own the solomans and those exact tecovas. Unfortunately you need both. I wear the solomans almost every day because the arch support is amazing. They’re great for hikes but also look cute with everything.I’m also short (5’3) and think the fit of the tecovas is perfect! They are a very light suede so I spray mine with crep to keep them clean :)

I’m short too and the Annie’s fit PERFECTLY and they’re great with everything. The taller ones I never ever wore and hit awk at the knees. But try them on just to be sure!

I love my Salomon’s but personally wouldn’t recommend the waterproof goretex because the wax coating on the toes gets super scuffed up and if you get a stain on the fabric nothing will get it out. I’ve had mine for <6 months and they look awful
