love your content. At the moment I am living on Bonaire and work as a Scuba Instructor during a 3 month sabbatical from my (nice) job at a Dutch bank. The happiness thing resonates a lot with me. I have so much stuff back home, I don't need al that. I need time with my loved ones etc. Not sure how I am going to put al that in perspective when I go home in 2 weeks... Thanks for your stories, keep m coming

I've only visited Roatan once in 2022, but it was a great place filled with excellent, warm hearted people. Your videos popped into my FYP right after, and every video I've seen of yours has been a gold nugget of insight. Not only on the island, but from life in general and your 'radical' perspective. I really wish the way you live was more of the norm, but I'm comforted that you continue to post such thoughtful videos. Cheers 🤙🏻

I took a decent sized pay cut for this exact same reason. I still work for the same company but I no longer have to spend roughly 15hrs a week in my car commuting all over while not getting paid. Significant improvement in quality of life.

Some of us see it more quickly than others. Been living minimalistic for abt a decade now. Don’t miss it. Still downsizing so my kiddos don’t have to worry about what to keep and what to discard when I’m no longer here. I have everything I need. Wants aren’t needs. Most ppl confuse the two. As a pvt duty hospice RN, the most precious commodity that EVERY dyinG person has expressed was they regretted was not living more…aka working too much. Remember, you can’t take it with you! We all end up in a 6x6 or an urn! 😊
