Call 111, sounds like it’s going to your kidneys - especially if your not feeling better despite taking antibiotics. Only a particular antibiotic tends to help my utis and it’s never the first type they try 🫠

As a mum of 2 I find those thermometers if used under the arm you always have to add a degree on. Hope this helps🤍

At this point, please go to hospital. Leaving a UTI for longer than a few days the antibiotics probably won’t do anything, this is probably a kidney infection now which can be dangerous x

I’ve had a UTI a few times before but haven’t felt hot/cold or sick the only thing I’ve had is burning when going to the toilet. I think you should call 111 or book another doctors appointment x

Girl please take it from the girl who now only has one working kidney due to UTI’s and Kidney infections when she was younger as I’d have one every other week. Do not leave a UTI. Always go to the doctors or pharmacy as soon as possible for antibiotics. If the antibiotics don’t seem to be working then demand to see your gp again as a kidney infection is A LOT worse than a day to day UTI. Kidney infections is what led to me now only having one working kidney as my other one is scarred, it doesn’t work. If the pain is now shooting up your back it’s 95% chance it’s a kidney infection now, especially if you’ve got a high temp and feeling sick. Please take some time for yourself and go and get sorted, don’t leave it too late and end up like me🥲🩷

Don’t leave a UTI at all, they can turn to kidney infections very quickly, coming from someone who was in hospital with a kidney infection from leaving a UTI for a few days just go to hospital

Tongue! You can get all of them symptoms with a uti as well as kidney infection. I’ve had both and with the kidney infection I couldn’t move. Hope you feel better soon, don’t be worried to get a longer course of antibiotics ❤️

I don’t want to scare you lovely but UTI’s are one of the most common causes of sepsis in women, and you really, really don’t want sepsis. I’d go to a&e ❤️

hey so when I was little and they didn't know I had a water infection it got left for 10 days and I ended up in hospital for nearly 2 weeks so please just go get checked out to be sure

My last uti the 3 day course they gave me at first didn’t feel like they were doing anything so I went back and they gave me the 7 day course which you take 3 a day for 7 days
