As a former dispatcher, the dispatchers were 1000% out of line, extremely unprofessional, and it just baffled me highly. I would take them up on doing a “sit along” they are super interesting and it’s fun being nosy lol

The woman cleaning up the mess is very well spoken and sounds like she is doing her job well , she definitely knew the gravity of the situation with the internet and Tiktok being involved - certainly took advantage to turn it into a learning opportunity for him, possibly us all. I would be super interested in watching him go tour the dispatch facility and see the resources that those ladies failed to use and how everything works! (I actually already know cause my uncle actually was in a program describing his job as a dispatch worker for the news once)

do it! go meet all the dispatchers and you'll likely never have the same problem. I have ran in to similar issues with network support at work and building the personal relationship makes a world of difference.

Go see there map system so maybe in future areas you can look at your map and play off how they see it just food for thought but that dispatch should. Of lost her job the way I see it yours and that lady’s life were at risk and she was not willing to assist in either of your safety to make it home

Im pursuing a career in 911 dispatch and the unprofessionalism exhibited by the other dispatchers was insane. They dont realize that EVERY 911 call is recorded & can be reviewed at any time
