I have dermatitis like you, but not exactly the same. I got genetic tested and found to have inflammatory genes that contribute to my skin issues. I have been on a biologic for a year, I changed my skin care products and use sulfer from de la Cruz, and gentle cleanser, lots of hypochlorous acid, metronidazole, clotramazole, and I just started LDN which has helped my skin almost overnight. I had already tried everything else.
