it's them playing off that your iver reacting even though you're not. like when some one rolls their eyes or says 'whatever ' or 'relax' not something that's done to strangers. honestly most of us do it to get under relatives or friends nerves especially when they're 'bragging' sorry they're so rude. they aren't all like that.
