Currently also pregnant with a boy (had our daughters a few weeks apart) and he’s been big this entire time. He’s currently in the 86 percentile for weight but his abdomen is in the 90+ percentile🥲 I’m scared😂

I’m 5’0 and my second baby was measuring large my whole pregnancy. I tried to vbac but at 10cm she went into distress and ended up being 9lbs. My first was 8lbs and also went into distress at 10cm 🫠.

The doctors said my son was going to be huge. Had growth scans and every time he was huge. Came out only 7lbs 9oz at 39 weeks. He’s been 98th percentile since then, but wasn’t that huge at birth.

supposedly I'm running 2 weeks ahead! but I didn't get to know percentiles or anything for my first, so very well could just be how my first was and just didn't know. but I birthed a 6 pound baby, they think I'm carrying a giant because of my husband being 6'4 🤣🤣 like nope I make small babies...they turn into giants as a toddler!

When I knew my husband was a big baby and his 6ft. My OB kept telling me my son was in the 90th percentile for everything, and they had me do a c-section at 39 weeks cause he wouldn’t turn for 20 weeks. And since his been born is in the 90th percentile for everything. Boys also drink 25% more breastmilk, formula then girls

So my son came 39+6 and I had an ultrasound 2 days before… he was measuring 9.8…… she was like, “ok so you have an induction set this week because he needs to come out” lol thankfully I didn’t need it. But he did in fact weigh 9lbs 8oz.

My first came on his own at 40+4 and was 9 lbs 5 oz. He was fine but almost got stuck so this baby I scheduled an induction at 39 weeks, he was still 8 lbs 15 oz 🤪

I had gestational diabetes with my 2nd pregnancy and thank god he came a week early, otherwise I would’ve had a 10+ lb baby

My obgyn just kept saying “you’re measuring ahead” and “I don’t know why he’s measuring so big”. I was like what do you mean you don’t know🥲. I’m 5ft tall and I gave birth to a 9lb 3oz baby. He was also 20 1/2inchs long. His dad is 6ft so we knew why he was big. Now at 15mo he’s about 30lbs and over half my height.

I gave birth at 39+6 to a 10lb 5oz baby girl. At around 9 months They were telling me we could try to have her vaginally but that I’d probably have to have a c-section. She was actually one of my easiest births but I was SCARED lol

I was in such denial about my baby being. They were estimating him to be 9 lbs and I was like well those are always wrong. He was born and I said welp they were wrong. He was 10.6lbs🙃 I’m 5 feet tall and 120lbs🤣

I couldn’t say. All my babies were small. 2 were a little over 5 lbs then my sone was only 4 but he was 6 weeks early. Once he got toddler age tho, he was in 90th for everything
