Her Son needs to get involved and really put his foot down. I'd keep the 10th and also let the doc know the MIL isn't allowed at the hospital because of the restraining order.

What I’d do, is go back to having the baby on the 10th and keep it a total secret. Then, around the 15th, have my husband ring her, upset, because “there’s something wrong with the baby” and he’s “rushing me to hospital” then switch both our phones off. Enjoyable peace with hubby and newborn ensues.
