They delayed our flights 3 /3-3 until 15 hours and cancelled. We had to spent 2k ourselves to fly home safe and in time. And they give me $100 vouchers to fly with them again🥺 they also blocked my mess

I’m so sorry for your experience! That’s awful! This is why I never fly spirit or Frontier! They also nickel and dime you have have horrible seats. They will both be out of business soon
