I hate to break the bubble, but this has been going on for years. tm has seminars where stock brokers have alot of accounts, they buy the tickets then sell them and put them on 3rd party sites pricing them wayyyy over the face value.It happens with every big artists, including kpop groups like blackpink,BTS, stray kids, ect. look it up on YouTube. this is why we need to go back to the old way of getting tickets. standing in line at the box office, or calling tm. gosh I miss those days of camping out for tickets. 😆

It not just this though. It’s “fans” making 30-40 verified accounts and getting lucky to get a few access codes and using those codes to get as many tickets as they can to go to multiple shows. Many have admitted to this. Then they sell the extra tickets for insane prices to pay for their trips, hotels, tickets etc. Those aren’t fans or bots. They are sh*tty people. Greedy people. My verified fan Ticketmaster account was hacked and deleted right before the first round of eras tour tickets went on sale. I never got a chance. But there are girls on here who cheat the system to get 10,20,30,40 -chances for a code. In my opinion, that’s disgusting and greedy.

Content creators paid for expensive tickets sold by resellers. If no one bought from the resellers, they wouldn’t be doing it.

I have been a fan since "Tim McGraw"...I was always too poor to go to see her in concert. i got opening night presale tickets to the eras tour. LITERAL BACK ROW for about $100 a ticket. I would have sold my first born child (not really) to see TTPD live, and i will forever hate the price gouging that prevented it from happening

This is categorically false. Because those 321,000 tickets were sold to fans. The seats didn’t sit empty. They were sold to the highest bidder. So yes, when you go to 50 shows, you’re taking away the opportunity for someone else to go to even just 1, even if they’re willing to pay the exorbitant resale prices. The only thing those bots did was take away the ability of people to go to this concert for a face value price. That is it. That is all.
