This is sickening people think we hunt for fun…. No we hunt because we love Mother Nature we are helping feed our family’s and loved ones around the world and just love the sport just like other love football we love Mother Nature and hunting ! This sucks

Hunters do more for deer than anti hunting! Yes EHD is terrible it’s doom to deer that gets it! But hunters flip the bill on food sources, habitat, law enforcement, science in colleges to help conservation efforts in over all health of deer! Name one damm thing anti hunters do!! Besides harass hunters and shout save the deer!!!!!

Northern Ohio here. We’ve been dealing with cwd Ik it’s different than ehd but its still the same out come..deer herds dwindle and the strong survive! Just be hopeful

in all reality there is a too many deer in some places and mother nature has a way of balancing itself, sad but mother nature is brutal sometimes. those dead deer will feel the ecosystem. nothing will be wasted

When it’s ehd/blue tongue is hard to witness and as a hunter we hate it. But when Government try’s to say it’s CWD it’s like we’re hearing COVID all over again. So I hope hunters and neighbors understand the difference. Government funding went too CWD LIKE a wildfire and there’s not much if any evidence as we know we can prevent or atleast try too stop/prevent more ehd/blue tongue in the present and future

EHD is tough on them. It was so bad back 10 or 12 years ago in Michigan I didnt even hunt. I usually came home to hunt the family farm but there was very few deer. There was something l8ke 20 deer found along the field edges just in one field.

It’s not a cure but if you have stagnant bodies of water on your land you can buy a product called EHD-fense that can drastically lower the number of the desease carrying flys helping lessen the number of deer getting infected
