Be careful! My husband did that one time because the gym wouldn't cancel the membership and they ended up turning him over to collections for unpaid amounts due to the contract obligations

i will say you can do a stop payment order! i had the same thing happen to me, a business literally would not cancel my subscription so i got the bank to dispute it basically 😂

Worked at a bank for 6 years…. You can fill out a stop payment (usually have to pay a fee when doing this) and the bank will block them from pulling from your account. 😊
