That drop was SO rude 😩😭 hope you’re feeling better! I’ve been thinking about starting with strength training first, and then ending with cardio bc I usually always spike to the 160s when I’m working out and it drives me NUTS and normally I’ll do cardio first, so maybe if I switch it up the opposite will happen? 😂
