@sooziethefoodie: I will forever be obsessed with baby corn! It is so crunchy and sweet and is surprisingly really delicious to eat raw 🙈 Tonight I wanted an excuse to have caviar so I made baby corn with burrata and caviar! This was inspired by a corn and burrata ravioli from Trader Joe’s. I kept it super simple with the baby corn and wok fried it with some salted butter! I then added on the burrata, flakey salt, green onions, and a little bit of Osetra caviar. The sweetness and crunchiness of the baby corn mixed with the creaminess of the burrata and the saltiness of the caviar truly was a perfect bite 😍🖤 #babycorn
