EXACTLY!! I’m a Mexican American and I hate when people say this… most of us are 1st or 2nd gen from like all over Mexico. Very few Mexicans are actually people whom “the border crossed” its native land and it will always be native land.

I agree with this as well, I made videos on the topic of refraining from using the term Native Americans to identify indigenous peoples of the lands in Mexico and South America. The indigenous of Mexico lands are their own and should use the term Native Mexican because they are now in the country of Mexico. Native Americans identifies indigenous peoples of the United States of America not the South Americas. This is not to be divisive but to correctly identify indigenous peoples from the current countries-not all people globally know the differences in indigenous cultures amd peoples.

Until you can say this in the Navajo Language and distinguish the traditional ways. Too many speak only in English currently and forget about the true traditional ways. Tattoos, makeups, rings adorn their lips, nose and eyebrows are not traditional... sad to say. Navajo ways are broken by New generations.
