@being_mrsfrasure: One pot meals are my favorite because they're easy, and there are fewer dishes (when I don't unnecessarily dirty a pan that I knew would be too small to begin with). ONE POT CHEESY BEEF & POTATOES 3 potatoes, cubed Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the bottom of the pan. Add potatoes and cook until softened and lightly browned. Remove from pot. 1lb ground beef, browned Add ground beef to pot and brown. Add the following ingredients to the pot. 1 onion, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced 3 gloves garlic, minced Allow veggies to cook down for a few minutes. 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika Stir ingredients and add potatoes back into pot. 1 cup beef broth Add broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes until potatoes are finished cooking. 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Uncover, stir, and top with cheddar cheese.
