the vehicle is on private property could have went in the store and asked if they could leave it parked there actually Walmarts all over the country have a policy where the allow people to stay in there vehicles in there parking lots it's something they do for homeless people that have a vehicle and no we're to park so it could have stayed right there

there's 3 grown adults in that house. And couldn't pay the electricity bill. Make that make sense. She possibly on social security. two other able bodies that can work. You still have money for gas and cigarettes and whatever else. And couldn't pay. Didn't know if bills are paid or not like memory issues but you still remember to get your keys and drive your car and get gas and go to Walmart 🙄
