@sean.chandler: The second generation Honda Prelude ran from 1983-1987 and remains the most popular Prelude generation of all time… at least when it comes to sales. It was quick to adopt the wedge-shape styling of the time and with a double-wishbone front suspension and fully independent rear, it showed how excellent handling was just as important as power. Thankfully, at 100hp it also had a decent boost in power over the 1st generation Prelude’s measly 72 horsepower. Plus, an Si trim with a larger 2.0 liter engine that adopted fuel injection brought from its Formula 1 racing efforts, it made 110 horsepower. I’m sure price also helped, as the 1983 model was still under 10 grand which is about 32 grand today. Compare that to the later generations. When adjusted for inflation, the 5th generation Prelude was more than 50 grand in today’s money. #honda #cars #hondaprelude #sportscar #tiktokautocampaign
