It’s never been a democracy ever. That’s one of those things but the more you hear it the more you believe it to be true. A democracy is for the people by the people. When has that ever been the case? The US is an oligarchy at home and kleptocracy overseas. if voting made a difference, it wouldn’t be allowed.
